Here is your opportunity to come and join the William Adams Sales Team as our new Equipment Sales Rep, selling New, Used and Rental Equipment.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the New Equipment Business Manager you will be the key contact for parts and service sales within Western Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded, top performing individual with a flair for sales to take the next step in their career.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Service existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
Achieving territory budget by building trust and confidence with your customer base to deliver exceptional value
CRM reporting, including call planning, activity logging and customer updates
Follow up on all leads and opportunities across your territory
Creating a positive, value added perception that will differentiate William Adams from the competition

ABOUT YOU
You are a driven and motivated Sales person who thrives on building long term relationships and achieving targets.
You will have a real hunger to grow and drive sales, whilst showing a true passion for delivering long term customer success. Your strong relationship building skills will compliment your previous experience and set you up for success in this pivotal role.
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

Proven experience within a similar industry (Earth Moving/Mining/Construction/Industrial)
Excellent communication with a passion for retaining customer relationships
Commercially aware with strong negotiating and influencing skills
Experience with meeting and exceeding KPI's and targets
Experience with submitting and executing on Tenders
Strong analytical skills with a mechanical aptitude
Self-driven and organised with a hunger to sell
A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
