Equipment Coordinator

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Venue Equipment Coordinator to be part of a rewarding and dynamic team environment in Sydney.
You will be supporting our venues in day to day operational duties to ensure that events run smoothly.
Based in one of our prestigious venues in Sydney you will be responsible for the timely organisation and rostering of Audio Visual equipment, crew and transport.
In addition, you will ensure that the correct warehousing and processing requirements are met.
Key responsibilities Installation, operation and removal of audio-visual equipmentEnsure all events execute on time, efficiently and smoothlyEnsure correct equipment and quantities are available to crewOrder and maintain stock levels of consumables and ensure correct mix of equipment is kept on siteHelp roster CrewPrepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory usageAttend operational meetings with venue and client meetings as required for large or complex showsEnsure the maintenance and cleanliness of all storage areas and equipment within the venueLead crew when required on larger set ups and pack downs What we're looking for Solid working knowledge of Audio Visual EquipmentProven Crew leadership experienceExcellent communication skillsHighly developed customer serviceTime management skills; the ability to manage multiple deadlinesAnalytical and problem solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailHigh standard of personal presentationRostering experience Why you'll love us No day is the same but every day is rewarding!
