Your New EmployerBased in Norwest (moving to Macquarie Park early 2025) with WFH flexibility, our client is looking for an ePMO Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

Due to this ongoing growth and significant capital investment into a new strategic transformation plan, the need for this role has arisen.
Led by an entrepreneurial CEO and executive team, the company has significant capital strength and values the strategic importance of an ePMO that supports optimal and well-governed portfolio delivery.
Your New RoleReporting to the Head of Transformation, you'll act as a SME, playing a crucial role in managing the portfolio life cycle, ensuring projects align with the company's strategy and tracking the delivery of key business outcomes.
Your role will be dynamic and engaging, involving a wide range of stakeholders.
You will excel in facilitating workshops and setting portfolio leads up for success.
Your expertise in navigating diverse processes and managing various portfolio complexities will be essential.
You will champion governance practices, effectively communicate the 'why' and engage senior stakeholders throughout the process.
You'llProvide leadership in developing and adopting governance standards and tools;Align strategy with action by engaging and inspiring the organisation through compelling storytelling that links initiatives and strategic goals;Implement and oversee organisation-wide benefits tracking;Identify, escalate, and resolve issues impacting portfolio governance and controls;Assist in preparing and administering portfolio-related meetings and executive documents;Enhance efficiency by standardising, simplifying, or automating work flows and processes;Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and optimise performance reporting across the organisation;Lead efforts to improve reporting processes, including advancements in process and technology.As a key member of the Transformation team, you will be a key driver in portfolio management efforts.
You will be instrumental in advancing and leading portfolio management across the organization, enhancing portfolio-wide delivery, maximising the realisation of project and program benefits.
Your expertise in portfolio management methodology, prioritisation principles, program governance, and demand management will be vital to fostering organisational maturity and success.
Your Skills & ExperienceYou'll be a strategic thinker with a high level of emotional intelligence and solid communication skills.
Your ability to adapt and lead change, even in ambiguous situations, will be crucial.
Building relationships and influencing stakeholders from varied backgrounds (sometimes, non-project) is key, and a people-centric approach will help you succeed in this role.
