Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Band 4 - Salary range $88,641 - $125,141 per annum (plus super)
An exciting opportunity exists in the TasNetworks Strategy team where we are building a new EPMO team comprising 4 roles:
EPMO Leader EPMO Planning & Prioritisation Specialist EPMO Portfolio Delivery & Quality Specialist EPMO Analyst The EPMO Analyst, located at Lenah Valley in Hobart's northern suburbs and reporting to the EPMO Leader, will support the EPMO objective of helping the business to effectively and efficiently deliver the right work at the right times to meet our business objectives.

The role will support the EPMO team to form insights and optimise the portfolio based on maintaining and analysing high quality data.
The role will have the expectation of being a system expert (SAP), creating project codes and training and supporting stakeholders.
Working with other teams, including Finance, to align processes and data to improve stakeholder experience and outcomes.
Automating and creating efficiency in routine tasks will be a key deliverable within the scope of this role.

The role will collaborate with the Specialists in the team and undertake insightful business analysis, such as capacity planning, across the portfolio to provide valuable insight to leaders across the business.

About you
You will bring experience in effective communication with diverse leaders and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
You will have a deep understanding and experience with ownership of the portfolio data.
You will bring a disciplined approach to data quality and reporting, ensuring reporting is completed on time and to a high standard.

You will have a focus on continuous improvement and experience implementing automation would be of benefit.
You will have experience with SAP and broad experience across business analysis, technical and systems capability.

You will bring 3+ years experience in project, portfolio, commercial or financial analysis.
Tertiary education with commercial or business disciplines is highly valued but we are open to diverse backgrounds with proven experience.
Experience in the energy sector and understanding of financials in a regulated business would be advantageous.
