About This Role As a Training Design Specialist/Courseware Developer, you will complete analysis, design and development of training solutions for existing CAE projects and/or any new training business opportunities.
You will be a part of the production team comprised of other developers, multimedia specialists, web developers and SMEs developing a full range of learning products from on-page job aids to full e-learning courseware programs.
This role will ideally be based in Homebush, NSW.
The role we are offering you Conduct the analysis, design, development and evaluation of CAE managed coursewarePerform training analysis and competency mappingPerform training administrative tasks when requiredIdentify opportunities for expansion of CAE Australia's training businessOur ideal candidate has: Cert IV Training and Assessment or similarDemonstrated understanding of training methodologies and specifically defence procedures (e.g.
