May manage a team either directly or indirectly. May be required in a HICON/ LOCON support function.This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manages assigned programs, to include: exercise planning, cost management, resource allocation, preparation of equipment, deployment of assets to training areas. Ensures programs are delivered on time and within budget.Ensures any exercise risks are appropriately managed.Maintains records in line with documentation control methods.Mentors, trains, and develops staff to ensure high performance.
