Reporting to the Casino Manager and working with both our new and experienced gaming teams and relevant stakeholders, your mission in this role is to effectively manage the daily running of Wrest Point Casino. In this senior role you are responsible for providing leadership, guidance and motivation to ensure staff satisfaction across Table Gaming, Electronic Gaming, Members Services and Customer Relations. You are also given the opportunity to take ownership of team building and the development of your gaming team members.
Demonstrated decision making, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.A passion for leading teams to achieve great resultsA track record of coaching and developing team membersStrong computer literacy and experience with report writingExisting supervisory experience (an advantage however not essential if you can communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and colleagues, model high standards of performance behaviour and can deliver an excellent customer experience).Knowledge and understanding of casino games, rules and regulations, relevant Government Acts and legislation, special employee licencing conditions and RGS.Consistent reliability and the flexibility to work to business demands including nights, weekends and public holidays.
