Our Opportunity With projects in advance planning or commencing construction, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Project Manager to play a leading role as we move to the next stage.
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and successful completion of power station and power generation projects for the Projects Delivery function.
Collaborating closely with the Project Director, this role ensures that the project adheres to the highest safety standards, meets all deadlines, remains within budget, and achieves the designated quality benchmarks.
The role will require significant travel to regional South Australia.

What Does Success Look Like Leading projects to successful completion with a clear focus on meeting all project milestones and deliverables.
Successfully navigating project challenges to deliver on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, suppliers, and regulators.
Ensuring that all communications are clear, timely, and constructive, leading to high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. Demonstrating effective resource management by aligning resource allocation with project needs, thereby maximizing efficiency and productivity.
Ensuring that the project team is well-equipped and motivated. Proactively identifying potential risks and implementing robust mitigation strategies.
Maintaining a risk registry and updating it regularly to reflect new insights and changing project dynamics. Ensuring that all project activities comply with industry standards and legal regulations.
Achieving high-quality outputs that meet or exceed project quality benchmarks. Exposure & Experience Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) highly regarded. 10+ years in project management within large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project schedules. Experience in Client-side project delivery. Strong understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of large-scale construction projects, especially in the energy sector.
