DescriptionProviding professional, flexible and accountable casework for clients in the Therapeutic Residential Care programs across the Mid North Coast NSW.This is a great opportunity for a Caseworker to join our Therapeutic Programs Team, based in Coffs Harbour on a full-time temporary basis for 6 months. This role will require travel within the Mid North Coast of NSW.As a Therapeutic Caseworker with CASPA, you will provide professional, flexible, and accountable casework to ensure the optimal welfare of clients associated with our care. Offering valuable expertise to the Residential Care and Family Preservation Programs, you will be responsible for high-quality Case Plans and Family Action Plans, strong therapeutic knowledge, and effective liaison with relevant families, staff, and external stakeholders.
