The Position
As part of the broader Finance, E-PMO and Governance Program, the Director Joint Venture Business Program will lead the implementation of the Joint Programs administration and associated improvement initiatives in close collaboration with funding partners, internal and external stakeholders and delivery agents. The role works particularly closely with other parts of the Business Services and River Management Portfolios, Senior Executives and the Basin States and Territories.
Your key responsibilities in this role are to: Develop innovative technical solutions for the continuous improvement and optimisation of strategic business planning, performance reporting and associated business systems.Manage the Joint Programs investment cycle, work planning, budgeting and the program and project performance reporting requirements.Prepare financial, performance and risk assessment data for a range of audiences.Coordinate cross-functional internal and external resources and supervise staff.Establish and maintain effective working relationships and collaborations with a diverse range of stakeholders, including intergovernmental stakeholders.Demonstrate a high level of written and oral communication including the preparation of agenda papers, presentations and briefing notes for MDBA Executive, working groups and high-level committees as required.Salary: $137,323 - $161,840 plus 15.4% SuperannuationLocation: Adelaide, Canberra, Griffith, Goondiwindi, Mildura, Murray Bridge, WodongaFor more information regarding this opportunity contact Bronny Kent, Senior Director, Joint Programs Business Improvement: ******
