The OpportunityAs the Environmental Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the project delivery team to establish and manage environmental and sustainability objectives in alignment with Interflow's Environmental Management System, Environment & Sustainability Policy, and EPA guidelines. You will be involved in the planning and approvals process for an 8 year program of works, as well as overseeing site environmental management. Leveraging your expertise, you will lead the integration of environmental benefits into project planning and design and ensure the prevention of environmental harm throughout delivery. Your contributions will be key to achieving high levels of stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
You will bring:Tertiary qualifications in an environment related discipline or extensive relevant work knowledge and experienceDemonstrated experience in construction environmental management within Australia (preferably NSW) including environmental approvalsAbility to manage multiple packages of work simultaneouslyExperience in working with an ISO14001 EMSExperience in incident investigations (ICAM)Ability to use GIS software (QGIS or ArcGIS)Strong professional relationships building skills, with the ability to train and coach team members in best practiceOur TeamAt Interflow, we are honest, reliable, competent and respectful.
