Job Description Test Environment / Test Data Manager #51128 Rare opportunity to transform test environment and test data management capability at WestpacPermanent role / Sydney based (3 days office, 2 days WFH) How will I help?
We are seeking a passionate Test Environment Manager with test data management experience to lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of end-to-end non-production environments (on-prem/cloud).
Embedded within a domain, you will ensure availability of non-production environments to support multiple projects, drive resolution of incidents and be the single point of contact in dealing with the stakeholders for environment and test data management related activities.
What do I need? Experience in implementing test environment and test data strategies for the domain, program of work based on the requirementHands on experience with contention management, resolving test environment conflicts across programs of work.Ability to ensure test environment policies, processes, and standards, including controls to identify and mitigate internal issues and risks are followed for your domain.Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams to resolve environment related issues.Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives such health check processes, tool frameworks, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service excellenceExperience defining and implementing key test environment and test data metrics.Excellent communication and leadership skills to coach and mentor vendor staff to perform to the highest of their ability.Coordinating test data refresh and masking activities for enterprise applications, ensuring that data compliance requirements are met.Ability to work in Agile environments.Experience with industry-standard test environment and test data management tools/platforms.Demonstrable knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly in incident, change and problem management.
