Ventia's Motorways & Tunnels Contract are seeking an Entry Level Office Coordinator to join their team in a full-time permanent capacity based at Woolloomooloo.
The successful candidate will facilitate corporate office effectiveness by ensuring that office administrative requirements are met through the provision of relevant and appropriate office coordination services provided to internal stakeholders.

Travel to other offices across Sydney required once a month.General administrative tasks such as drafting contracts for subcontractors and data entry.Utilising systems and processes to enable timely and effective delivery of coordination services.Ensuring courier deliveries and office equipment are distributed in a timely manner.Responsible for organising events, ensuring all PPE stock is up to date and maintain levels of stationary/kitchen facilities.About You Demonstrated administrative or office coordination experience.Have own transport to drive to different sites when needed.Effective time management and proficient using Microsoft Excel & Word.About VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
