The Redpath Entry level worker program will prepare you for a role as a Nipper (Underground labourer), Underground Truck Operator, or Trades Asistant role. Candidates may be offered a role at any one of our QLD projects including Lady Loretta, Dugald River or Cannington on a variety of even time rosters.
The roles involves Working shift work on a rotating roster as part of a crew to operate a fleet of Trucks & Machinery in an underground environment. You will be working 12-hour shifts on either a 7/7 or 14/14 even time roster whilst staying in camp at one our North QLD projects.
