Reporting directly into a Department Head, you will be the backbone of support in a fast paced environment. This is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open for inspections Ingoing & outgoing inspections Routine inspections Diary Management Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing lease packs Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: Paying up to $70,000 dependent on experience! COMMISSIONS TO BE EARNED! Previous Real Estate Leasing experience is preferred however not essential A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's Licence with a reliable car Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal Must have a can-do attitude & a strong passion for Real Estate!
