About this opportunity: The Entry Level Finance Officer will coordinate the effective and efficient delivery of Plan Management activities within All Plan Management.
Key responsibilities of this role: Processing invoices and payments Monitoring and managing all emails in a timely manner Placing orders for consumables required by clients Data entry into the plan management system Ensure accurate tracking of data Answering calls - external and internal Assistance with general administrative tasks To succeed in this role you will have: Experience with data entry and/or administration (highly regarded) Strong time management skills and attention to detail Good verbal and written communication skills An ability to work independently and as part of a team Eligibility to apply for or currently hold a Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card Why work with us: Flexible work options – flex day model Monthly rostered day off – an extra 12 days off per year!
