The Role
An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced industry professional to ensure Crown remains at the forefront in delivering consistent, world class entertainment. Based in Melbourne within the Marketing Events & Entertainment team, the Entertainment Manager will be responsible for the successful end-to-end management of entertainment activities & requirements across the complex.
In this role, you'll create joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
Leverage market knowledge and industry contacts to drive innovative content which compliments the unique brand of each of our venues.
Oversee, plan and coordinate entertainment operational aspects e.g. timelines, staffing, music & talent casting, supplier management, AV/production specifications and OH&S requirements.
Develop & manage all associated entertainment costs within budgets e.g. negotiating pricing, production costs, marketing expenses etc.
Manage all communications & maintain rapport with clients, suppliers & internal departments such as marketing teams and delivery.
About you
Demonstrated experience in a similar environment with sound knowledge as well as a genuine passion around the entertainment industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing entertainment budgets & negotiations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects according to challenging deadlines whist maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Is adaptable in high pressure situations and open to change if the business requires.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise & connect with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
