We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as a Jobs Advisor within our Port Macquarie office.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor As a Jobs Advisor , you will guide customers towards fulfilling careers, including those facing high non-vocational barriers and long-term unemployment. This role is incredibly rewarding, as it empowers customers to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful employment. You will provide personalised support and service through individual and group sessions. You are organised, driven to achieve objectives and targets, and can confidently manage your caseload to facilitate positive employment outcomes. With an empathetic nature, you build relationships with a diverse range of people, assess their needs and identify appropriate supports to minimise barriers to sustainable and ongoing employment. Being adaptable in an ever-changing environment is essential.
