This role focuses on optimizing our investments in a new global ERP system and building robust capabilities for effective solution design and delivery, including leveraging low code application development platforms. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that IT strategies are in line with business goals, serving as a bridge between IT and other business departments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and developing a team of systems analysts and specialists who support our core systems and contribute to system improvements and new software development. You will design and implement enterprise system architectures to meet business needs efficiently. You will assist business units in applying best practices for understanding processes and solution options. You will ensure scalability, security, and performance of systems, and stay updated on technology trends. You will develop strategies to maximize ROI on software investments and identify opportunities for efficiency. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure day-to-day service requests are addressed and release management plans and maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will manage relationships with key software vendors and service providers, ensuring they exceed contractual commitments.
