Reporting to the Team Leader Digital and Enterprise Solutions you will have the opportunity to use your planning and problem-solving skills to identify and develop technology solutions while understanding and mapping business requirements to systems / technical requirements to ensure they align with Council's Digital Innovation Strategy (Enterprise Architecture).

Essential: Tertiary qualification in IT or a related discipline or substantial experience in Business/Systems Analysis.
Experience administering, implementing, and configuring on-premises or cloud-based ERP systems and other SaaS applications aligned with design principles.
Ability to create comprehensive system and supporting project documentation including requirements documents, technical and functional specifications, as-is/as-built documentation, etc.
Proficiency in systems integration.
Solid experience working with data and modern database solutions, including data design and utilising data extraction tools (SQL, Power BI, ETL, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable: Previous Local government employment in IT support and administration Experience supporting and managing multiple cloud-based enterprise systems.
Proven project management skills.
Expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform To meet Council's WHS requirements and in accordance with Council's Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has been identified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication.
If a medical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against a risk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medical contraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.
