We make use of the latest technology with an increasing focus on data and AI which will make ASIC a 'best in class' regulator supporting the Australian financial markets.The roleUndertake ongoing maintenance of Business Capability Model and Enterprise Solution Architecture for the Registry domainContribute to the Business Capability Model and Enterprise Architecture across the ASIC organisationTake responsibility for Design and Architecture and adherence to ASIC wide Vision and Enterprise Architecture standards and blueprintsCoach and mentor other experienced architects to ensure quality solutions that address business and technology concernsProvide architectural direction and leadership or delivery of the development of artefacts across the business, data, application and technology architectural domainsContribute to the operations and improvement of ASIC's Architecture Governance processSit on ASIC's Architecture leadership team representing the Registry business domainContribute to and maintain an architecture repository in an Enterprise Architecture toolAct as second in command (2iC) to and delegate for the Chief Architect, RegistryAbout youTOGAF certification highly desirableBachelor's degree or higher in information technology, computer science or related disciplineExtensive experience in a Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roleThis is a multi-faceted architecture role and relevant experience outside architecture (e.g., project management, development, business analysis) is advantageousExperience with OrbusInfinity or iServer will be well regardedExperience with developing business capability models, roadmaps, enterprise application architecturesKnowledge of business and data architectureProven experience in providing leadership and guidance across the domains of application architecture and integration (patterns, services, and API management)Good written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of ASIC's primary technology platforms: Boomi, Dynamics 365 CRM, OutSystems, .NET, SharePoint, Optimizely, Databricks, Azure and AWS Integration in a secured environmentKnowledge of ASIC's legacy technology platforms: Adabas / Natural Mainframe, Lotus Notes, Siebel, Java, Oracle Service BusExperience in delivering Digital Experience projects and technologies, including Digital Experience Platforms (DXP) desirableExperience in Australia's Digital ID / myGovId Integration is desirableExperience architecting solutions in multicloud environments (M365, Azure and AWS)Experience in Agile delivery methodology and DTA's Digital Service Standards, service design and delivery process desirableStrong stakeholder management and engagement skillsAbout ASICASIC's remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
