Your future at the RIC: As the Enterprise Risk & Governance Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering various assurance frameworks, including 2nd Line Assurance and AML/CTF frameworks, and supporting the implementation of the Enterprise Risk and Governance frameworks.
This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, coordinating responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, and managing a risk and compliance ticketing system.
What you will do: Establishing, delivering, monitoring, and maturing the organisation's second line assurance framework.Conducting regular reviews and assessments and providing recommendations for improvements to ensure the framework's effectiveness and alignment with regulatory requirements.Establishing, delivering, monitoring, and maturing the organisation's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) framework.Developing and delivering training programs to enhance awareness and compliance across the organisation.Supporting the implementation and delivery of the organisation's Enterprise Risk Framework.Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential risks to the organisation's loan portfolio and developing risk mitigation strategies, monitoring their effectiveness.Supporting the implementation and delivery of the organisation's Governance and Compliance Frameworks.Serving as one of the organisation's FOI Officers, coordinating and delivering responses to FOI requests.Participating in and providing support for documenting governance, risk, compliance, and assurance policies.Management of all product rules, policies, and processes with responsibility to ensure they are customer centric and regulatory compliant – including design and development where required.You'll be proud of: Working for an organisation that helps to build a stronger Australia through thriving regions.Joining a workplace that is bold and acts with purpose, is down to earth, and embraces difference and acts as one.Contributing towards improved capabilities that meet the emerging needs of the business.Discover why the RIC is a great place to work at ric.gov.au/careers.Is this job for you?
