Enterprise Reporting Specialist

In this role, you will drive the development process from requirements gathering to delivering automated reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to reliable information.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end report development process, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and business analysis.Design data models and user interfaces that enhance the user experience.Analyse data and business processes to provide comprehensive insights and support effective decision-making.Conduct user training sessions and workshops to effectively capture stakeholders' needs.Dive deep into data sets to create performance reports and uncover trends and patterns that inform strategy.Collaborate with various stakeholders, from Heads of Functions to Team Leaders, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to boost efficiency and effectiveness.Experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Commerce, Business, or relevant experience.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and SQL.Experience with Tableau and Power BI (Qlik is a plus).Understanding of ETL frameworks and data visualisation tools.Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.Experience in Generative AI, machine learning, RPA or decision modelling (Desirable).*Only Perth based applicants will be considered for this role.
