As an Enterprise Quality Assurance Analyst, you are passionate about the value that Quality Assurance can bring to the business, and you will be an integral part of the successful execution of our framework. Your responsibilities will include performing QA reviews and providing reporting and insights to the business. This role is hands-on as you will be embedded in the business and interacting with a variety of stakeholders across the Enterprise, in the Chief Operations Office (COO).
You'll make an impact by: Support the consistent completion of QA by the business through participation in calibration sessions and completion of secondary reviews.Report and record risks and incidents in line with our Risk Management framework and Enterprise Quality Assurance Approach.Identify opportunities to improve EQA ways of working, tools, and processes to provide a better experience of the EQA Approach for our internal stakeholders; and support the delivery of these initiatives.To succeed in this role, you will have: 1+ years' experience in a lending, operations, or quality assurance role in financial services.Exposure to a call centre environment is desirable.Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft suite of products specifically MS Excel.Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and autonomously / independently.Why Great Southern Bank?
