They focus on organisational alignment and synergies, linking what needs to be done with how it is done. They focus on processes, supporting information and technologies and who does what.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities in an enterprise officer role may include:using your modelling skills to understand complex organisational issuesgathering and analysing information and recommend future directionassisting to identify opportunities for rationalisation, sharing and reusebeing involved in enterprise-wide impact analysis of proposed changesensuring the alignment of IT strategy and planning with agency business goalsdeveloping policies and guidelines that direct the use of IT in government.Ideal candidates for an enterprise officer role will have:conceptualisation skills and think strategicallyhigh level modelling skillsgood interpersonal and communication skillsan objective approach to problem solving with attention to detail.Technical skills and qualificationsKnowledge of:broad range of modelling skills including business process modellingsystems analysis and designhardware and software development and configuration.Your degree may be in information technology or business.Eligible and who can apply?The Queensland Government is a proud employer of a diverse range of people. Interstate applicants are encouraged to apply, however, it is up to the successful graduate to arrange relocation and cover any moving costs involved. It is not the responsibility of the program, nor the home agency for graduate relocation. You must be available to start work by March 2025 or sooner if requested by the agency.  You should have or be completing the following to apply for this opportunity.
