My client is a specialist labour hire services company across a number of sectors such as Building & Construction, Civil Construction, Roail Infrastructure and Manufacturing to name a few.
Specialising in finding and developing quality candidates and providing work opportunities to meet their goals and aspirations. 
The Role Driving new sales and business opportunities into the Civil Construction Contractors in this very hands-on role Conducting site visits, leading toolbox talks Growing existing accounts while looking for other opportunities for new business. existing Accounts make up 20% of the business. Establish long-lasting partnerships with existing and new opportunities  Skills & Experience Needed Hunter mentality and driven to exceed and build new clients Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Initiative to prioritize and self-manage workloads Proven experience meeting deadlines and prioritising detailed workload You will be confident & resilient to getting the desired outcome Ability to form and maintain strong client relationships Salary & Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000
