Architects (Information & Communication Technology)About the Role:You will be a key architect in our client's organisation, playing a crucial role in defining and executing the technology roadmap. You will be responsible for:Establishing and refining enterprise architecture framework: Define and implement architectural standards, principles, and guidelines. This includes creating and maintaining key architectural artefacts such as architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and technology standards.Guiding solution architecture: Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, fostering a collaborative approach across teams.Managing and prioritising project work: Collaborate with project teams, ensuring solutions adhere to architectural principles and contribute to overall technology vision.Developing and maintaining architectural strategy: Define long-term technology direction, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and their impact on the business.Leading and mentoring: Contribute to the growth of the technical team, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.About You:Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably with a strong background in solution architecture, business analysis, and technology consulting.Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, etc.).Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, API management, microservices, and modern application development.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.At Randstad Digital, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
