Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, focusing on enterprise accounts.Lead Generation: Identify and prospect key decision-makers within target enterprises.Product Demos: Conduct in-depth product presentations tailored to the unique challenges of each client.Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closing deals, using CRM tools.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, understanding their business goals and aligning solutions with their needs.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the highest level of service to clients.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive client value and company profitability.Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and an existing network of enterprise marketing connections.Industry Knowledge: Experience in conversion rate optimization or digital customer engagement solutions preferred.Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.CRM Expertise: Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage and forecast sales activities.Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure customer success and drive growth.Benefits: Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure.Flexible, remote work environment based in Sydney or Melbourne.Career growth opportunities into Sales Manager/Sales Director roles.Salary: Up to $190k base (Depending on Experience) + Super + $300k OTE in Year 1.
