Enterprise Account Executive (Australia) Hi there!
We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product – a platform for digital marketers. This is our role for Account Executive (Australia/India) for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands. Drive revenue growth by generating new business, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing and closing run-rate deals while sourcing, developing, and closing large complex selling cycles with multiple stakeholders (CXO, Legal/Finance/IT requirements). Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide additional Semrush solutions to optimize growth. Deliver a value-based selling experience to customers based on automation and customer behavior. Ensure customers derive maximum value from our product and achieve their business objectives. Who we are looking for Degree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience. 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales: prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, creating content follow-ups, & exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills & knowledge of managing procurement. 1+ year of Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, processes, positioning, messaging, sales conversion optimization, etc. Ready to grow - you're self-motivated, adaptive & an agile learner. Ready to succeed - you're independent & success-driven, but still a team player. Native or bilingual English. Fluent in local India languages is preferred.
