As a Senior Brand Manager, you will not only help craft the strategic direction but also lead the implementation of key initiatives alongside a talented and dynamic team. This will involve collaborating closely with a variety of internal teams, including the brand team, as well as numerous cross-functional stakeholders across Product, CRM, Promotions, and more, ensuring that each tactic is brought to life seamlessly and effectively.
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the Ladbrokes brand narrative, from the evolution of the brand identity to the introduction of new products, promotions, and initiatives. You will be empowered to drive creative excellence, working on some of the most exciting and innovative sports and entertainment marketing campaigns in the industry. Your efforts will contribute to the continued elevation of Ladbrokes as a leader in the market, ensuring we remain at the forefront of both the racing world and the wider sports entertainment landscape.

Your day-to-day...
Develop and manage Ladbrokes consumer marketing campaigns ensuring consistency across all platforms; a full activity calendar to be developed and owned by the Senior Brand Manager. Provide detailed briefs based on market insights and previous learnings to further enhance our brand awareness and education in the market. With the respective product and promotional teams including CRM, be an active lead in Ladbrokes cross functional teams to ensure Ladbrokes achieve aligned goals. Responsibility of the overall Ladbrokes spend for marketing, monthly reporting and forecasting. Brief and collaborate with both the in-house traditional media and digital teams, and the external media agency to develop arresting and cost-effective media plans. What you'll bring...
Whilst a knowledge of horse racing is not mandatory is would be seen as a big plus. Not necessarily needing to be an expert (and we will train you up to), but ideally the candidate would be well versed in wagering. Supported development of strategic brand plans and delivery of the brand vision to consumers and across the business. Solid understanding of the Australian media landscape, with an emphasis on digital experience with goal setting and forecasting; and collection and analysis of data for campaign, financial and performance reporting. Competent in market research, finding implications for brands and measuring effectiveness. Agency, vendor and supplier management – briefs, pre through to post-production and budgets. Who are we?
