Mercy Community Services is on the search for an experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Residential Aged Care team in Rockhampton on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, this position is responsible for leading the team to provide the highest quality of care to all people by providing opportunity for those receiving care to live as independently as possible. Pay levels range from $74,380 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + superannuation. Options for salary packaging available.
This role will include but is not limited to:
Providing excellent care to the residents, meeting their needs by following care plans, and working alongside a team of carersSupervising and administering medication safely & effectivelyProducing accurate case notes, incident reports, and other documentationPreparing ANACC documentation so that funding is optimisedAbout you: Relevant nursing qualification with current AHPRA registrationFlexibility to work a variety of shifts - this includes night shiftsKnowledge and understanding of risk identification and managementWhy Mercy Community Mercy Community is a Catholic not-for-profit that provides a wide range of services supporting families and young people, people living with a disability, and the elderly.
