About the Roles
We have casual opportunities available for RNs and ENs (no IV qualification) across our site to provide exceptional mental health care.
We also have permanent opportunities for Enrolled Nurses (FT and PT) for Sandridge ward.
Working in our team will see you assigned to a variety of shifts based on your availability across Ramsay Clinic Albert Road. Your key responsibility will be the evaluation, planning and delivery of care to patients.
As a member of our clinical team you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders of the departments you are assigned to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.
In this role you will report to the Nursing Unit Manager.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in an acute mental health setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Minimum 12 months post-graduate experience
Previous experience in a mental health setting desired
Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster
Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required
A positive and caring attitude
Remuneration
Registered Nurse: $34.39 - $47.55 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) (FTE $67,957.76 - $93,965.04)
Enrolled Nurse (medication Endorsed): $31.27 - $36.61 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC EEN gr1-gr8) (FTE $61,793.16 - $72,330.96)

Requirements
