With approximately 70 employees supporting 10 acute inpatient beds, 2 Emergency Department treatment beds, 15 residential aged residents and also provides pathology and radiology services. A wide range of community and allied health services such as Physio, Speech, Audio, Dietetics and community health nursing are provided. About the role:
This role will see our successful candidate work as part of the multidisciplinary team and provides care for our acute patients, emergency patients and aged care residents. With an emphasis on quality of care and the provision of primary health care, the role requires an ability to identify and improve opportunities to enhance the health and wellbeing of clients and patients. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced verbal and written skills; an ability to negotiate and problem solve and the capacity to collaborate with and influence health and other professionals.

Support primarily by the Health Services Manager and also, by members of the multidisciplinary team – this includes Visiting medical officers, General Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and other Nursing and allied health care staff. This position is full time; however, part time/job share arrangements may also be considered.
