The Position

Salary (per annum inclusive of superannuation): $73,876.32 - $77,829.70

Applications are sought from suitably qualified Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to work in the various departments at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include: Provide, safe and effective evidence based nursing care as part of the clinical team Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.
Conduct systemic nursing assessments and plan nursing care in consultation with individual patients, their significant others and interdisciplinary health care team.
Act as a patient advocate Actively participate in in-house education and training programs Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence based nursing framework

Our team requires someone who has: Proven experience working in Acute nursing Excellent time management and organization skills Enrolled Nurses with medication administration endorsement Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skill High level interpersonal skills

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.
In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
