Key responsibilities include:
Provide, safe and effective evidence based nursing care as part of the clinical teamMaintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice.Conduct systemic nursing assessments and plan nursing care in consultation with individual patients, their significant others and interdisciplinary health care team.Act as a patient advocateActively participate in in-house education and training programsPractice within a professional, ethical and evidence based nursing frameworkOur team requires someone who has:
Proven experience working in Acute nursingExcellent time management and organization skillsEnrolled Nurses with medication administration endorsementDemonstrated problem solving and decision making skillHigh level interpersonal skills This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment.
