Are you a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse looking to provide high-quality care in a community health setting?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to support our diverse team in delivering person-centred care to clients in the community.

About the Role As an Enrolled Nurse, you will support the Registered Nurse/Midwife in delivering person-centred care in line with regulatory requirements.
Working collaboratively, you'll contribute to quality improvement, assist with care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in community health.
Your ability to engage with clients, prioritise care, and support patient education will be key to success, ensuring all care aligns with best practice standards.
Key responsibilities: Provide nursing care and assessments in accordance with established procedures, always ensuring person-centred care.
Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to plan and execute nursing tasks, making decisions within your scope of practice.
Engage with clients to deliver care, reporting on therapeutic interventions and contributing to the evaluation of patient progress.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement activities.
Assist with the management of nursing stock, ensuring cost-effective and best practice use of resources.
Educate clients, families, and carers on health conditions and self-care strategies.
Essential Criteria To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Enrolled as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (or eligible for enrolment), with a current practising certificate.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise care and recognise clinical changes.
Commitment to person-centred care and working with diverse populations.
Experience in nursing care, demonstrating competence in established practice standards.
