About The Role: The Enquiries and Admissions Officer guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalising payment.
The role is an important contact point between potential students and BKI, responding to enquiries in person, over the phone, via email and online.
The Enquiries and Admissions Officer will also assist in targeted enrolment activities to support the Education Centre's to achieve desired enrolment numbers.
The role will specialise in the process for enrolling students into mainstream courses, supporting other student enrolments as required.
We are excited about you because you have: Exceptional customer service skills Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence Experience in an educational environment (desirable).
