Our people are the key to our success and as a Customer Service Contact Centre Agent, you will provide high-quality, accurate and efficient service to clients and prospective client's in a professional, caring and friendly manner. 
You will be the first point of contact for all new enquiries and you will also assist in managing our inbound and outbound campaigns (no cold calling required).
About You  You are an experienced Contact Centre Agent who is motivated to exceed expectations and conquer new challenges, or you have a customer-facing background that you believe is up to the task.
You are driven to achieve excellence and you have a confident phone manner that allows you to build rapport whilst also being empathetic to the caller's circumstances.
You are people-focused and willing to go above and beyond at all times.
You are comfortable with achieving targets and are willing to adapt and evolve as required.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes: An experienced Contact Centre Agent that has successfully worked in an outbound and inbound call environment, or has come from a customer-facing background and can demonstrate a confident phone manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solution-oriented and target-driven
Engaging personality, able to quickly build rapport
Team-oriented whilst also being able to work autonomously
Comfortable with technology and has a basic understanding of Microsoft Windows products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Willingness to learn and apply feedback
Previous sales experience is a bonus
The role You will be the first point of contact for new client enquiries therefore you will be a key component in creating a long-lasting client/ business relationship.
 You will manage inbound calls which will involve:
Processing new enquiries from our website and scheduling appointmentsReturning client messagesAchieve daily call targets You will also manage outbound calls which involves the following:
Maintaining a list of prospects that have previously enquired and aiming to create a follow-up appointment.Collecting feedback from clients who have finished their treatment programs.Reappointing past enquiriesDaily call targetsDaily reportingThe ideal candidate will also assist in managing client promotional offers Culture  Our people make the difference and we provide a supportive work environment where you will be provided with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
