Tradewind are working with a well-regarded co-educational Catholic school near Dundas who are searching for a passionate English teacher to join their team from term 1 2025. This is a temporary full-time position until the 15th August 2025, however for the right candidate there is the potential of an ongoing contract. The successful applicant will teach English to stages 4-6.
Demonstrated Experience and Skills Qualifications to teach stage 4-6 EnglishDemonstrated strategies to cater for a variety of learners and respond to a dynamic learning environmentDesire to work as part of the wider school teamEvidence of a relational approach to colleagues, students, and parentsEffective organisation and ability to fulfil administrative and assessment requirements of a teaching roleExcellent communication skillsAbility to achieve strong academic resultsPrerequisites Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)Tertiary Qualification (minimum 4-year degree, or 75% complete)Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes)Have unrestricted working rights in AustraliaAbility to provide contact details for two education-based referencesThe School Around 1100 students from years 7-12 and 80 teaching staffDynamic learning communityGrowth and development opportunitiesWellbeing initiatives and resourcesWhy work with Tradewind?
