Location : Sunshine, St Albans
Pay: $28/hour + superannuation
We are seeking a skilled Admin with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is required to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documents and records.
- Assist customers in both Vietnamese and English via phone, email, and in person.
- Take a lead role in planning and implementing activities and events for the company and customers.
- Research and negotiate effectively with service providers.
- Support the accounting team with record-keeping and expense management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Perform other relevant tasks as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an admin position.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between branches.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of the travel industry is an advantage.
