If you're looking to make a difference, this could be the career destination for you.What you will be doing:Lead and manage the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to closeout in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.Ensure effective study risk management for assigned studies in Australia.Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget execution of clinical trial deliverables.Lead a regional matrix team to ensure delivery of country and site-level study activities in alignment with the global study project plan.Be responsible for study TMF completeness, quality, and inspection readiness.You are:Tertiary Degree qualified in Healthcare/Science or related field.Min. 5 years of previous clinical trial oversight/leadership experience within CRO or pharmaceutical industry is required.Prior background as a Clinical Research Associate is required.Strong understanding of initial study start-up processes in Australia.Confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectations.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Good multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.Willingness to work from the sponsor office in Sydney for 3 days/week.What ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
