About the Role:Our client is a highly successful Gold Coast business who provides innovative and safe lifting solutions for heavy machinery in the mining industry. They have been in operation for over 50 years and have developed a reputation for uncompromised quality, reliability, and design. Their products are locally manufactured and are supplied to customers in Australia and throughout the World.This newly created position is a critical role for the business and will require someone who has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing production environment, relevant trade qualifications, and demonstrated experience in developing and leading a team. You will be responsible for driving culture, ensuring safety, production planning and scheduling, and overseeing CNC manufacturing and operations, whilst coordinating resources to achieve delivery in full on time.
