Within Grow, our remit is Customer Acquisition and Engagement; working with stakeholders to enable new capabilities that help Xero scale and improve experiences for our external customers and internal users.We leverage systems like Qualtrics, Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM), Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics and other SaaS-based technologies to achieve strategic objectives.

Be part of a dynamic team at Xero; working on innovative projects that enhance customer engagement and experience!What you'll do:Design, build, and deliver tailored solutions to enhance and support the use of Intercom, ensuring sustainable and excellent engineering practicesProvide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and support for the Intercom platform and its usersCollaborate within and across teams to design and deliver initiatives aimed at measuring and improving customer engagementSupport the development of integration solutions between Intercom and other systems such as Salesforce CRMBuild and maintain a reputation as a 'trusted advisor' across a range of internal stakeholders by advocating for best practice, and providing recommendations to optimize and increase use of the platformEngage with and interact directly with Intercom representativesWhat you'll bring:Ideally a strong understanding of Intercom or other customer service / communication platforms such as Pendo, UserPilot, or Qualtrics.Previous experience working with SaaS-based technologies and platforms, ideally in an agile fashion within a development function.
Knowledge of web and mobile technologies would be a plus!
Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems.A curious mindset to tackle technical challenges and learn on the go across a range of Saas based systems.
