About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Team Lead to guide and inspire a cross-functional development team responsible for the Air Maestro platform.
This is an agile build-and-run team that not only develops and maintains our applications but also manages our deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

You'll champion best practices in design and development, advocate for technical improvements to ensure the platform remains scalable and performant, and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals.
A critical aspect of this role is ensuring the successful and on-time execution of the product roadmap, aligning development efforts with business objectives and delivering high-quality results that meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
