Gold Coast location! Dreamworld and WhiteWater World currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team. The primary purpose of the Engineering Supervisor is to provide leadership and training to the Engineering department and provide day to day operational support within the Engineering Maintenance Organisation (EMO).
The ideal candidate for this role will be:



Hands-on with supervision, training and mentoring of Maintenance team members and responsible for the coordination of onsite Engineering contractors.


Reporting to the Manager, Engineering Maintenance, this role will be responsible for:


Ensuring the servicing and maintenance of amusement devices is carried out to the prescribed standards to ensure safe and efficient operations.


Manage the scheduling of all operational maintenance activities (in conjunction with the CCMO planning department) to ensure all preventative, daily / annual inspections and correctives are carried out within the time mandated.


Review all SALvus work orders to ensure all maintenance has been carried out as tasked and signed accordingly.


Conduct Take 5's (Toolbox Talks) and provide feedback to the frontline during fortnightly workshop meetings.


Provide support and relief to the Manager, Engineering Maintenance where required.





The ideal candidate will have:



Minimum 5 years' relevant trade qualification in an appropriate discipline with significant post-trade experience in a supervisory role


A current manual 'C' Class drivers' license
