You will work closely with various stakeholders to prioritize and execute maintenance activities efficiently.About YouThe ideal candidate holds an Engineering Degree or Trade Qualification with proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS management. You will exhibit excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and a commitment to Coopers' guiding principles.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of short- and long-term maintenance schedules.Ensure the CMMS is accurate for both job plans and asset registration.Create maintenance schedules considering personnel, contracted labor, and equipment availability.Monitor execution rates and review with maintenance team leaders.Proactively improve maintenance strategies with the Reliability Engineer.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceRelevant qualifications or Engineering Degree (desirable).Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS development.Strong asset management techniques and processes.Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy.Culture of the business:Coopers Brewery fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
