You will work closely with local and global stakeholders and be responsible for designing and delivering Software Solutions to ensure competitive advantage. In addition, you will contribute to technical direction and oversight and be responsible for developing and leading your team.Key responsibilities include:Leadership: Own and lead the delivery of initiatives / outcomes within cross functional delivery teams, including delivery and release planning. You will manage and develop a talented team of engineers to deliver the roadmap of $1$1whilst maintaining best practice approaches to delivering stable and quality products.Project and Operational Delivery: Manage and deliver the Strategic roadmap of projects as well as the operational aspects of the estate.
