Job Description You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update the team on your various projects.
We have an opportunity for an experienced process-driven, detailed Administrator that is fluent across Microsoft Suite. Purchase Plus, Sidekick & Opera Cloud exposure &/or understanding would be advantageous. This role is perfect for someone wanting to gain exposure to the dynamic hotel engineering operations for a 6-month fixed term, with the potential for extension.
Duties will include, but are not limited to: Email correspondence Handling of invoices, purchase orders & reconciliations Communication with internal stakeholders, such as our Hotel Manager, leadership team & contractors Follow up & update compliance requirements Extraction of data for reporting Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion Competency using a variety of computer software The ability to find the "yes" in every situation Great customer service skills Professional telephone manner A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
