If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a pioneering division, we'd love to hear from you!The RoleImplement the effective delivery of the structural engineering components of Projects Engineering Management Plan, aligned to the overall Project Execution Plan, including the development of job instructions, and liaison with client on specific structural engineering requirements.Provide support for bid preparation and client meetings in conjunction with the required Sales Department Personnel as required by structural engineering manager.Provide oversight, technical leadership and mentoring, to graduate engineers as appropriate;Ensure tasked structural objectives are met through effective coordination with Lead Structural Engineer.Participate in structural meetings and reviews with engineering team, project team and clients during the project phase of engineering execution.Report key quantities, budget, deliverable status, and resulting progress, efficiency, and costs on structural engineering project progress.Provide input to the engineering change management processes including control, justification, and estimation of cost and time.Review structural documents, data and information as required by the structural lead engineer.Assist fabrication and package engineers to ensure the timely delivery of fabrication packages.Assist with the development of the Project Execution Plan where required.About YouTo be successful in the role you will possess the following:A Bachelor of Engineering, or equivalent degree, recognised by Engineers Australia in the civil/structural discipline.7 years + experience in Engineering.Prior projects involvement in detailed design of structures/plants.Proficiency in use of structural engineering software.
