About the role: As an Engagement Officer your role is to deliver outstanding customer experience, coordinating the onboarding of NDIS participants into services that meet their needs.
The role is responsible for handling service enquiries, engaging with our service delivery teams, and supporting other business development and marketing activities.
The role is part of a wider team, responsible for delivering outcomes in line with our growth strategy.
The role will suit someone who is highly motivated, engaging with a strong customer service focus.

Tertiary qualification (or higher) in marketing, business or relevant human services specialty or experience deemed to be the equivalent.
Human service industry experience Knowledge of the NDIS particularly around Supported Independent Living and Specialist Disability Accommodation The ability to travel to provide support as required A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (must be maintained) A current Working with Children Check (must be maintained) A current national Police Check (must be maintained) A current unrestricted driver's licence (must be maintained) Fully vaccinated against Covid 19 Some of the perks: Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (plus an additional $2,650 for Entertainment expenses) for eligible employees.
